Pardee Homes’ newest Inspirada neighborhood is Strada, with three new home designs based on the award-winning Farmhouse Millennial Home featuring interior designs by celebrity designer Bobby Berk.

Strada’s two-story homes range from 2,493 to 3,260 square feet, and prices start from $393,990.

“Pardee Homes has a large presence in Inspirada with our Escala and Montero neighborhoods and our brand-new Strada neighborhood,” said Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes division president.

Plan One at Strada measures 2,493 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, open great room and island kitchen, loft and two-car garage. An outdoor living area connects to the home at the front porch, and a courtyard connects to the home at the dining and great room via optional glider or stacking patio doors.

Strada Plan Two measures 2,765 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, loft and two-car garage. The home includes a downstairs master bedroom and options for a junior master suite upstairs.

Plan Three at Strada measures 3,260 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, loft and two-car garage. An outdoor living area connects to the home at the entry and great room.

Pardee’s Montero features one- and two-story homes that range from 2,516 to 3,496 square feet and prices start from $418,000.

A move-in ready Montero Plan 3-B at cul-de-sac homesite 98 has four bedrooms, 3½ baths, lounge, loft and extended three-car tandem garage. The home measures 3,129 square feet with upgraded cabinetry, countertops, flooring and appliances and is priced from $549,713.

A move-in-ready Montero Plan 2-DR at cul-de-sac homesite 99 measures 2,569 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, lounge and three-car tandem garage. The home has upgraded flooring, kitchen countertops, appliances and cabinetry and is priced from $474,709.

To visit from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn left on Via Firenze to reach Montero, Escala and Strada.
