To help make Valentine's Day celebrations a little more romantic, Lake Las Vegas, the master-planned residential and resort community in Henderson, and its resorts and the MonteLago Village Association and its restaurants are offering a variety of Valentine's Day specials on Feb. 13-14. Festivities will include a cruise on the La Contessa Yacht, special offers for weekend stays at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa and the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, and dinner specials at MonteLago Village restaurants.

There are two cruises on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, a Before Dinner Cruise from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and After Dinner Cruise from 8:30 to 10 p.m. Guests will sail around the 320-acre lake on a luxury yacht from the Lake Las Vegas Marina, 10 Costa Di Lago. The $30 per person price includes complimentary sweets from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and a drink. For reservations, visit www.lakelasvegasevents.com.

The Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa is offering a Valentine's Day dinner special and room packages. The prix fixe four-course meal is Feb. 13 from 6 to 10 p.m. and is $98 per person. For reservations or information, call 702-567-4700 or visit www3.hilton.com.

Starting at $169, the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Valentine's Day Bed & Breakfast Package includes: two-night accommodations in a luxury room with in-room champagne and rose petal turn-down, daily complimentary breakfast for two, waived resort fee ($22 daily), and complimentary late checkout.
