Warmington showcases five neighborhoods

Warmington Residential has launched its Wonder-Fall Build Event across its five Southern Nevada new home neighborhoods. The build event kicks off this weekend, followed by new phase releases at select southwest Las Vegas neighborhoods — Westbury, Ridgehaven and Rockpointe — and an available selection of homes at Vistaview, also in the southwest, and Desert Ridge in Mesquite.

These five family-friendly neighborhoods are filled with a wonderful selection of floor plans and lifestyle amenities and have prices that begin from the low $200,000s and range up to the mid-$300,000s.

The Wonder-Fall Build Event presents new buyers throughout Southern Nevada with a huge variety of home styles, neighborhood locations and price points, as well as personalization opportunities for their new home through the builder’s design center, Chateau Interiors &Design.

The fall season ushers in cooler weather, family-centered holidays and a renewed emphasis on spending time at home with family and friends. Select communities are specially priced, and some have move-in-ready homes available during the event.

“The fall season brings abundance and a fresh harvest, and with five neighborhoods and three new releases, we have both — making it a ‘wonder-fall’ time to buy a brand new Warmington home,” said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Residential. “Fall invites all the comforts of home. It’s the perfect season to cozy up, and Warmington has so many … reasons to do it now with a bountiful selection of brand new homes throughout southwest Las Vegas and Mesquite.”

Among the five neighborhoods, which in the southwest include two-story homes at Rockpointe, Ridgehaven, Vistaview and Westbury, there is a selection of plans that range from 1,590 to 3,386 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, up to five bathrooms and two- and three-space garages. At some locations, decks and/or casitas are offered, and at Vistaview, there are pool-sized homesites available.

In Mesquite, Warmington has new single-level homes selling at Desert Ridge, where four floor plans are offered, ranging in size from 1,502 to 2,455 square feet with two to four bedrooms, up to three baths, two-space garages and an expanded two-space garage option. One flexible plan offers an optional second level with bonus room, loft and/or an extra bedroom.
