TOASTMASTERS

The Northern Voices Toastmasters Club meets at 11:30 a.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, 3345 W. Craig Road (633-2098).

The Republican Toastmasters Club meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the American Legion Post 8, 733 Veterans Memorial Drive (878-4142).

The Sourcer-Ers Toastmasters Club meets at 7:15 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at Saxby’s Coffee House, 2500 Anthem Village Drive, Suite 140, Henderson (296-8665).

PINOCHLE CLUB

The nonsmoking Double Deck Pinochle Club meets at 6:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays (274-6387).

SENIOR WOMEN’S SOFTBALL

Softball teams for women ages 40 to 80 are formed year-round for recreational and tournament play (251-9784).

SOCIETY OF SINGLE SENIORS

The Society of Single Seniors and Widowed Persons will have its October meeting at noon Monday at the Cambridge Recreation Center, 3930 Cambridge St. Reservations are needed. (645-5802)

SINGLES TRAVEL CLUB

The Las Vegas Singles Travel and Social Club, for people 55 and older interested in local and world travel, meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at the Tap House, 5589 W. Charleston Blvd. (888-324-2028).
