Eggslut is coming to Cosmopolitan next month

Cosmopolitan Las Vegas has announced that downtown Los Angeles eatery Eggslut will officially open its doors on the Las Vegas Strip in four weeks.

Marking Eggslut’s first expansion outside its original spot at Los Angeles’ Grand Central Market, Eggslut at the Cosmopolitan will serve breakfast around the clock starting on Friday, June 10.

According to the restaurant, the Las Vegas location will offer the chain’s signature sandwiches including bacon, egg and cheese and “the Gaucho” — seared wagyu tri-tip steak, chimichurri, red onions and seasoned arugula topped with an over medium egg in a warm brioche bun.

It wouldn’t be a true Eggslut outpost if it didn’t feature its “Slut” dish. Served with slices of baguette, it features coddled egg on top of potato purée, cooked in a glass jar and topped with French sea salt and chives.

The eatery also offers a few side items like buttermilk biscuits and salted chocolate chip cookies.

Serving diners day and night, Eggslut will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Monday, Wednesday through Friday) and 2 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends, the hotel-casino said in a news release.

Eggslut is located on the second level of the Cosmopolitan’s Eastside Tower, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
