Fall into the bazaar holiday season

If you’re wondering where to find the perfect gift or decoration for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah or Christmas, we might just have the answer.

The Review-Journal’s annual listing of holiday bazaars is filled with options spread across the valley.

We feature nonprofit organizations and clubs that not only provide the service of something unusual or fun for a holiday, but the feel-good afterglow of helping someone else. All of the bazaars in the listing raise money for charity.

We’re gathering the information for the list, so we encourage local nonprofit groups and clubs to let us know what they’re up to.

We need the name of the event, date, time, street address and examples of what will be for sale. We also need to know specifically how the money raised will be used to benefit others.

Lastly, we need a contact name and daytime phone number (not for publication) in case we need to follow up.

The deadline for this information is Sept. 17.

Send information to Holiday Bazaars, Features Department, Las Vegas Review-Journal, P.O. Box 70, Las Vegas, NV 89125-0700. Or fax it to 702-383-4676 or email it to mrhynes@review journal.com (with Holiday Bazaars in the subject line).

Further information is available by calling Madelon Hynes at 702-383-0306.

The listing is scheduled to appear in the Life section and online Oct. 5.
