Falling for Beauty
Just as our budgets have done, our makeup and hair also are scaling back. With a few '70s glamour girl exceptions, the look was largely low-key on fall runways. Faces either went fresh and natural or carefree and rebellious. Hair relaxes a little with straight looks and rolled-out-of-bed styles that will undoubtedly have women working hard to look like they don't care.
