■ What's the strangest item you've carried in your bag? Human hair. Our salon specializes in hair extensions. One morning I had to pick up an order for a VIP guest.

■ Tell us about the first special bag you owned. I had never owned a designer bag and for my birthday last year my husband went out and purchased a Coach purse as a gift. He picked out the Coach East West Gallery tote without my help and I love it.
