Designer Duds: Christian Dior has opened its fourth Las Vegas boutique at Crystals at CityCenter. The 4,000-square-foot boutique offers the latest collections of women's and men's ready to wear, accessories and watches. It features a special exterior with a floor-to-ceiling double layer backlit glass facade in the iconic Dior cannage pattern.

Neimans News: Neiman Marcus hosts a Chrome Hearts trunk show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 30 in Designer Accessories on level one.

Calling All Models: The Galleria at Sunset will host an audition for its Back to School Fashion Show from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 3 at the JCPenney's court on the mall's lower level. The audition is open to teens and young adults ages 13 and older. To participate, teens must be a member of the mall's social networking site Shoptopia.com and complete the model application also found on the site. Modeling experience is not required.

Future of Fashion: The International Academy of Design & Technology in Las Vegas has added Fashion Merchandising to its list of bachelor degree programs. Fashion Merchandising students will learn about business, marketing, management and sales principles used within the fashion industry as a means of developing concepts and refining merchandising skills. Forever and Ever: Forever 21 celebrates the grand opening of its largest Nevada store Saturday at Fashion Show mall. The first 700 guests in line get gift cards ranging in values up to $210. A DJ and photographer will be onsite. The new department store concept spans more than 126,000 square feet and will introduce new Forever 21 brands to the Nevada market. There will be 36 cash registers and 132 fitting rooms.
