Prom Time: Jessica McClintock at Fashion Show mall is accepting gently used dresses for Las Vegas Prom Closet, a nonprofit organization that provides dresses and accessories for local teens who would otherwise not be able to purchase a dress. In exchange for dress donations, Jessica McClintock is offering a 15 percent discount on any new dress purchase. Donations will be accepted through 2010.

Dress You Up: Saks Fifth Avenue invites you to Donate, Dress and Dance from 2 to 5 p.m. March 13 in Evening Collections. You can receive a 20 percent discount off a prom or party dress when you donate a gently worn special occasion dress to The Prom Fairy Foundation (offer good on full-priced dresses through March 31). Coomi holds a trunk show with henna tattoos in the Precious Jewels Salon. View special collections from Royal Underground and Mark Nason in Men's Sportswear. Enjoy a spring trend presentation every half-hour beginning at 6 p.m. in Designer Sportswear and Le Metier artists will give makeovers and have guest appearances by makeup artists from the company.

Hair-Raising Event: Co-founders of Hair Rules, celebrity stylist and texture guru Dickey, and former supermodel Kara Young, will host a Q&A event poolside at Aria Hotel & Casino Saturday, from 1 to 3 p.m. The pair behind the New York-based salon and haircare line of the same name will answer all you hair and texture questions and concerns during this free event.

For the Fellas: Viceroy at ARIA will have representatives in-store from William Henry Studios from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The company, based in Oregon's wine country, is known for its finely crafted pocket knives, pens and money clips.

High Fashion: Lanvin's first West Coast boutique has opened at Crystals at CityCenter. The 3,000-square-foot boutique is the first U.S. Lanvin store to offer menswear. It also will carry women's ready-to-wear, accessories and Blanche collections (for brides-to-be). There also will be dolls, stationary and music boxes.

Skin Solutions: If you have skin concerns and are looking for treatment options, a representative from DDF Skincare will provide personal skin care consultations from noon to 6 p.m. Friday at Sephora at Town Square. Chic Charity: In response to the devastating Jan. 12 earthquake in Haiti, the fashion industry has pulled together to organize a nationwide effort to raise money for the victims of the disaster. A $25 "Fashion for Haiti" T-shirt is currently on sale at retailers across the country with proceeds benefitting the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, which is raising money for immediate, high-impact relief and long-term recovery efforts. Purchase the T-shirt at Diane von Furstenberg and Tory Burch at The Shoppes at The Palazzo or Saks Fifth Avenue.

Shoe In: The newly launched shoe-shopping Web site MyShoes.com helps you find the perfect pair of shoes at the best price from hundreds of stores. The site also combines the store's listed price with any coupon codes available so that the "price after coupon" instantly appears. And, the ShoeStylist option customizes styles according to your preferences.

Raising the Barre: Barre Las Vegas, a new fitness studio, has opened at Town Square.
