Looky Here: Chico's announces its partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for the sixth annual Thanks and Giving campaign, a holiday fundraising and awareness program that runs from now through December. To honor the partnership, Chico's designed a specially crafted looking glass that symbolizes the continuous search for cures to deadly diseases. Of the $10 cost, $4 goes toward the hospital.
Discount Duds: DownEast Basics, a high-style, low-price fashion retailer that specializes in trendy and modest clothing has opened its first Nevada store at The District at Green Valley Ranch.
Open Up Shop: Banana Moon, a Monaco-based swimwear company, launched its first franchised concept store in the United States at Town Square. The store carries its signature swimwear line as well as activewear, beachwear and accessories. Two brands will be featured at the store including Banana Moon and Livia Monte-Carlo, which includes beachwear and swimwear and showcases a sophisticated look.
Eye Candy: MesmerEyes has opened at the Bellagio. The eyewear store offers luxury collections from brands such as Porsche Design, Barton Perreira and Alain Mikli. Custom prescriptions also are available.
