Finding the perfect suit ranks right up there with finding a great pair of jeans or a wonder-working bra. Searching is agony; finding is ecstasy. We sought the help of Michele Casper, Land's End spokeswoman, to help us help you this swimsuit shopping season. Here we present the suits that will make your body look its best while you're sitting pretty by the pool, building castles at the beach or just lounging around in your backyard. Get it Right
The folks at Land's End take fit seriously. Their philosophy is that the right size is the most flattering suit on any woman. Here's how to best accomplish this.
1. Don't immediately size up. Women think this adds more coverage, but it creates sagging and ultimately does your body a disservice.
2. Forget the number. Just because you wear a size 6 dress doesn't mean you will in a swimsuit, too. Try on a few before committing.
3. Comfort. Your bust, waist, hips and torso should all be taken into consideration when finding the perfect suit. If they all feel comfortable, you're good.
