Getting to the Musical Instrument Museum

Location: Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, Arizona, about 292 miles southeast of Las Vegas.

Directions: From Las Vegas, take U.S. Highway 93 south 105 miles. Just north of Kingman, Ariz., take Interstate 40 east for about 22.5 miles to exit 71 (Wickenburg/Phoenix), which will put you back onto U.S. 93 for another 107 miles. Turn left on U.S. Highway 60 for about 10 miles. Turn left again at Arizona Route 74 East (Morristown New River Highway) for 30 miles, merge right onto Interstate 17 south for 8.5 miles, then take exit 214C to merge onto Arizona-101-Loop E for 8 miles. Take Exit 31 for Tatum Boulevard, turn right onto north Tatum for a short distance, and turn right onto East Mayo Boulevard. The museum is on your left almost immediately, at 4725 E. Mayo.
