Color of Year to be announced at Las Vegas Design Center

Las Vegas Design Center will present a special seminar and luncheon for design professionals featuring Pantone's color of the year announcement. It is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 14 in room C176.

Pantone Color of the Year 2013 will provide an exclusive and timely opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes story on how the color is selected. Pantone is considered a global authority on color.

The color of the year influences all aspect of design, including home, fashion and graphic design.

Guest speaker will be Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute.

The seminar is approved for continuing education credits.
