Lladro president to unveil work during March 10 gallery visit

Rosa Lladro, president of Lladro, the Spain-based renowned creator of porcelain art, will be in Las Vegas March 10 to introduce its new piece Winged Beauty.

She will be at the Regis Galerie, 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Suite 2060, from 2-4 p.m.

Winged Beauty is a female creature inspired by Greco-Roman goddesses and adorned with jewelry and theatrical wings that borrow majestic elements of a peacock. It is done in shades of greens, blues and ochers, along with a golden luster.

Additionally, Lladro’s artists created a special luster with a mother of pearl effect that gives the appearance of real jewels in the creature’s crown and earrings.

During her appearance, Lladro will be signing copies of the piece, which will have a limited release of 750 units.

Reservations for the signing are requested and can be made by calling 702-414-3637.
