As part of a project to earn a merit badge on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout, 13-year-old Phillip Bouchard raised over $1,400 dollars in gift cards and cash donations for the Las Vegas charity that helps families with critically ill children.
Kat Doyle’s early life was filled with dancing and school activities, until the day she went to the doctor for pink eye at 17. The nurse practitioner who saw her noticed that Doyle had a heart murmur and ran an EKG. Doyle, who’d experienced moments of lightheadedness and heart arrhythmia, underwent open heart surgery and had a pacemaker placed in her chest.

The temperature will be 5 to 10 degrees warmer than the same day in Las Vegas, and the route I suggest will take you through the Mojave National Preserve, an agreeable place in early winter.
