Cafe Verdi West, 3111 S. Valley View Blvd., received 40 demerits March 19. Violations included marinara sauce made the day before inspected stored at room temperature. GRADE: C

Carl’s Jr., 4815 Spring Mountain Road, received 17 demerits March 20. Violations included front display cooler and undercounter reach-in cooler not maintaining proper temperatures. GRADE: B
