Texas teen has no pulse for 20 minutes, says Jesus appeared to him

A Texas teen says he saw Jesus while he was unconscious and without a pulse for 20 minutes.

Zack Clements, 17, of Brownwood, Texas, collapsed while running on May 5 in a physical education class at Victory Life Academy. He is an athlete and plays on his school’s football team.

He was taken to a hospital where medical personnel worked for 20 minutes to revive him and restore his heart beat. He was then airlifted to Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where he spent several days in intensive care.

“When I was out those 20 minutes, I saw a man who had long ruffled hair and kind of a thick beard, and it didn’t take me long to realize that that was Jesus,” Zack told CBS Dallas-Fort Worth.

The teen said Jesus touched his shoulder and told him that everything would be all right.

His family is convinced it was a miracle.

“For him to wake up and tell us something he experienced like that,” his father, Billy Clements, said. “It’s just you can’t explain it. It’s not humanly possible to explain it.”

Doctors haven’t said why Zack collapsed.
