2 invade Henderson home; tie up owner before robbing her

Two men broke into a home in Henderson and tied up the owner before robbing her early Wednesday, police said.

About 2:15 a.m., two men entered a home on Garden City Avenue in Sun City Anthem, near Sun City Anthem Drive and Olivia Heights Avenue, and brandished a gun at the homeowner before demanding valuables, Henderson police said.

Police said the men then tied up the 72-year-old woman and stole cash and jewelry. The woman sustained minor injuries.

Detectives are investigating, and "continuing to follow up on leads" regarding the suspects, who are identified only as two men, a news release said.
