Bicyclist injured in northwest valley crash

A bicyclist was injured in a crash with a vehicle on West Lake Mead Boulevard in the northwest valley Saturday morning, Las Vegas police said.
The crash happened about 10 a.m. between a bicyclist and a vehicle, Lt. Kendall Bell said.
The bicyclist was taken to University Medical Center and sustained nonlife-threatening injuries, Bell said.
The crash closed all lanes of West Lake Mead Boulevard from North Buffalo Drive to North Tenaya Way. The lanes reopened around 12:30 p.m.
