The man who died in a drive-by shooting in the northwest valley Thursday morning has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
Michael Owen O’Brien, 62, of Las Vegas, was found dead by Las Vegas police in a cul-de-sac in the 6900 block of Welsh Circle, near West Gowan Road and North Rainbow Boulevard.
Neighbors reported hearing gunshots just after 9 a.m.
Police do not believe the shooting is gang-related and have not identified any suspects.
