Coroner IDs man who died after fight at Paris Las Vegas

The man who died after a fight at Paris Las Vegas early Sunday morning has been identified.

He is Dashawn Antwon-Fouch Hawkins, 27, of San Jose, Calif., the Clark County coroner’s office said Thursday.

Las Vegas police said Hawkins was fighting another man near the valet area when he got punched, fell and hurt his head.

Hawkins died at University Medical Center on Sunday, the coroner said. The exact cause of dead was not available.

Police were called to the Paris, at 3655 Las Vegas Blvd. S., about 4:20 a.m.

On Wednesday, Metro was seeking information from anyone who may have seen the fight. Police also released photos that showed two vehicles that were at the valet at the time of the fight.
