HASH HOUSE A GO GO TO CLOSE AT M RESORT

The Hash House A Go Go location at the M Resort, 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, is being relocated to the Rio, 3700 W. Flamingo Road.

The M Resort location is set to close after brunch service on Dec. 24. The new location is set to open in February and will serve brunch from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

RED ROCK RESORT EATERIES ANNOUNCE CHRISTMAS MENUS

T-Bones Chophouse at the Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to offer special menu items for Christmas. An appetizer of fennel-crusted sea scallop will be $18 and roasted butternut squash soup will be $12. EMERALD ISLAND GRILLE SETS CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEAR’S EVE MENUS

Emerald Island Grille at Emerald Island Casino, 120 Market St., plans to serve a Christmas Day dinner from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 25 for $10.99. The menu will feature hickory-smoked, honey-glazed ham or slow-roasted prime rib au jus with creamed horseradish, each served with country green beans, candied yams and roasted rosemary potatoes. Dessert will be apple pie with freshly whipped cream. A beverage is included.

A New Year’s Eve menu is planned for Dec. 31 for $28.99 per person. It will feature soup or salad, entree choices of beef Wellington, veal and crab roulade or stuffed halibut Imperial and chocolate velvet mousse for dessert.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to offer a Winter Taste of the Season two-course prix fixe menu through Jan. 31.

The menu features forest mushroom and housemade ricotta crostini, cedar-smoked and charred prime New York strip, rosemary and garic cipollini onions and creamy horseradish sauce.

The cost is $40.95. A Blackberry Sage Smash Cocktail is $9.95, and a chocolate whisky tart with cinnamon cream is $7.95.
