SILVERTON ANNOUNCES ST. PATRICK’S DAY, EASTER DINING OPTIONS

The Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, plans to serve special St. Patrick’s Day menus from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Seasons Buffet and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Sundance Grill.

The buffet plans to offer corned beef, stuffed cabbage, Colcannon potatoes, drunken carrots, braised cabbage, shepherd’s pie, Irish stew and rice pudding. The cost is $19.99 and $17.99 for Silverton Rewards Club card holders.

Sundance Grill plans to serve corned beef and cabbage for $10.95.

A Skip the Strip St. Patrick’s Day Party is planned from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $30 and includes an all-you-can-drink wristband valid at all casino bars. Drink specials are set to include green PBR, Kilbeggan Irish whiskey, Murphy’s Irish Stout, well drinks and Irish Car Bombs.

Seasons Buffet plans to serve a special Easter menu from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. March 31, including all-you-can-eat crab legs, prime rib, honey-glazed ham, mussels, roasted leg of lamb and herb-crusted turkey. The cost is $25.95 per person, $23.95 for Silverton Rewards Club card holders and half price for children 4 to 6.

BONEFISH GRILL PARTNERS WITH OLIVE CREST FOR GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION

Bonefish Grill at Town Square Las Vegas, 6527 Las Vegas Blvd. South, is partnering with local charity Olive Crest for its grand opening celebration, scheduled from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday. The restaurant is scheduled to open to the public on Monday.

At the grand opening, guests can sample items such as Bonefish Grill’s ahi tuna sashimi, PEI Mussels Josephine and American Style Kobe beef burgers, along with the house specialty, Bang Bang Shrimp. Specialty martinis and cocktails will also be served, along with samplings from the wine list.

Dunkin’ Donuts locations across the Las Vegas Valley are hosting a Food & Fund Drive to benefit Three Square food bank.

Monday through March 30 at participating locations, customers who bring in a canned food item or donate $1 to Three Square will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee. All the proceeds will go to Three Square.

Rí Rá Las Vegas at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, 3930 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to host a St. Patrick’s Day festival Saturday and Sunday with live music, giveaways, Irish dancers, Irish menu items and a parade through Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

Ceres at the Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin, 221 N. Rampart Blvd., plans to host its 13th Annual Easter Celebration, with brunch scheduled for 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 31, and Easter egg hunts scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 and
2:30 p.m.

Families can have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, and during brunch, the Easter Bunny and his friends will visit tables, inviting children to partake in the Easter egg hunt. During the hunts, a golden egg will be hidden for each age group to find, and the winners will receive a gift certificate for a JW Marriott private poolside cabana for the day, as well as lunch for a family of four.

The brunch menu is set to feature a chilled seafood display, assorted salads and fruits, artisan cheeses and homemade bakery items, as well as chef’s stations with made-to-order omelets and the carvery with maple-glazed ham and New York striploin. THE RESORT ON MOUNT CHARLESTON ANNOUNCES EASTER BRUNCH

The Resort on Mount Charleston, 2275 Kyle Canyon Road, plans to host an Easter Sunday brunch at 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 and 3 p.m. March 31.

The menu is set to feature scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, bacon and sausage, carved honey-glazed ham, oven-roasted turkey, corn, asparagus, wild rice, scalloped and breakfast potatoes and a salad bar. Sweet treats are set to include muffins, scones, cookies and brownies.

The Easter Bunny is scheduled to visit for an Easter egg hunt at 4:30 p.m.

SOUTH POINT RESTAURANTS ANNOUNCE DINING DEALS, SPECIAL MENUS

South Point Casino Club Card holders can get 50 percent off their meal at all hotel restaurants when paying with points Mondays and Wednesdays through March.

For St. Patrick’s Day Sunday, the Coronado Café plans to serve an Irish-themed menu or $8.95 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The Garden Brunch Buffet is set to feature a special St. Patrick’s Day menu from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a full Irish breakfast station, as well as corned beef and cabbage, Irish lamb stew, chicken O’Leary and Guinness-braised beef steak.

The dinner buffet is set to serve a special menu featuring corned beef and cabbage, lamb stew, Kerry Country chicken and Guinness-brased beef short ribs from 4 to 9 p.m.

Silverado Steakhouse plans to serve a special four-course Easter menu from 2 to 10 p.m. March 31. Entree selections are bourbon-glazed ham, chicken Silverado, pork tenderloin or braised lamb shanks. The cost is $49.

Don Vito’s plans to have a four-course Easter menu with entree choices of Parmesan Dijon-crusted lamb chops for $36, trout Vito’s for $30 or chicken milanese for $27.

Primarily Prime Rib plans special Easter selections of leg of spring lamb ($24), Georgia cider baked ham ($23), breast of spring chicken ($22), prime rib ($25), roasted crab-stuffed salmon filet ($24) and filet medallions of beef ($29). All entrees are served with green beans and choice of chateau or mashed potatoes. The special menu will be available from 2 to 9 p.m.

Baja Miguel’s Mexican plans to serve a special meal from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a complimentary margarita and carnitas tostada. The entree is salmon Puerto Nuevo, followed by Three Milk Cake with raspberry sauce. The cost is $15.95.

The Coronado Café plans to offer a special menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail and choice of cream of chicken soup or spring salad. Entree choices are leg of lamb or honey-glazed ham with potatoes and vegetables. Dessert is chocolate mousse cake. The cost is $12.95.

The Garden Buffet plans an Easter Champagne Brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $14.95 with a card or $18.95 without a card. The dinner buffet will be served from 4 to 9 p.m. and is the same price.

Mimi’s Cafe plans to offer options for Easter dining at its Las Vegas Valley locations.

The French-inspired bistro is offering two to-go options, Brunch Feast and Easter Ham Family Meal. The Brunch Feast is $39.99 for six people and $79.99 for 12 people. The Easter Ham Family Meal is $24.99 for four to five people and is available through March.

On March 31, guests can enjoy a special three-course dine-in menu for $14.99 for adults and $8.99 for children. It includes choice of ham or turkey, sides and soup or salad.

MOTLEY BREWS TO PRESENT
FESTIVAL OF BEER AT SUNSET PARK

Motley Brews plans to present the Third Annual Great Vegas Festival of Beer from 3 to 7 p.m. April 27 at Sunset Park, 2601 E. Sunset Road. The event is set to feature live music, 200 craft brews and more than 50 breweries.

Early entry will be available at 2 p.m. for VIP ticket holders.

A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Nevada Craft Brewers Association and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas.

Ron’s Steakhouse plans to serve leg of lamb with pineapple mint demi sauce and scalloped potatoes for $32 with a card and $35.55 without a card. Easter ham with rum apple crème sauce, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and pork dripping gravy will be $28 with a card and $31.11 without a card. Cornish game hen with cherry glaze, stuffed with wild rice, will be $28 with a card and $31.11 without a card. All entrees come with choice of appetizer (jumbo shrimp cocktail or stuffed mushrooms), soup or salad, bread basket and green beans with garlic butter.

A spring pasta special is to be offered through May 31 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily in the Sourdough Café for $7.99 for those with a card and $8.88 without a card. Pick a pasta, sauce and try any topping. Pasta choices are linguine, spaghetti, fettucine or penne; sauce choices are Alfredo, marinara, bolognese or clam (red or white). Each entree comes with soup or salad, fresh vegetable, Easter egg cake or ice cream. The cost is $22.95 with a card or $25.50 without a card. ELDORADO, JOKERS WILD CASINOS OFFER MARCH DINING PROMOTIONS

The Café at the Eldorado Casino, 140 S. Water St., and the Court Café at Jokers Wild Casino, 920 N. Boulder Highway, plan to offer a St. Patrick’s Day special Saturday and Sunday for $7.99. It includes corned beef and cabbage and soup and salad bar.

The cafés are also serving a spaghetti dinner for $2.99 from 11 a.m. to close daily in March. The meal includes soup or salad. The Court Café also plans to offer daily chef’s specials.

Mariana’s Cantina at Eldorado Casino plans to feature chili Colorado with rice and beans for $10, which includes a house margarita or Coronita.
