Other entrees are chop suey, sweet and sour (pork, chicken, beef, shrimp), Kung Pao chicken, Mongolian pork, Hunan beef, curry beef with onions, scallops with garlic sauce, shrimp with cashew nuts and sesame chicken. There is lo mein (soft noodles), mein fun (thin rice noodles), chow fun (flat rice noodles) and the very popular New York chow mein with crispy noodles. Several soups are egg drop, hot and sour, vegetable, chicken noodle and seafood bean curd, along with egg foo yong, moo shu and vegetarian dishes, including eggplant with tofu, Buddha’s Delight and Mongolian or orange tofu.
