Jayde Fuzion bets on all-you-can-eat concept at the M Resort

The Las Vegas area is known for its buffets, so it wasn’t absurd when Jayde Fuzion at the M Resort reorganized its menu in March to offer only all-you-can-eat options.

The menu is divided into three sections: all-you-can-eat sushi and nigiri for $24.95; all-you-can-eat Jayde specialties for $24.95; and Jayde Fuzion, which combines both all-you-can-eat options, for $32.95.

Sushi rolls include the Lady Luck Roll with tuna, hamachi, salmon and vegetables, while the Geisha Roll incorporates spicy shrimp, crab, cucumber, yellowtail, cilantro, jalapeno and Sriracha aioli. The M Girl Roll is shrimp tempura, avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, jalapeno, crunch, eel and yum yum sauce.

Jayde specialties include the pork and vegetable spring roll with sweet Thai chili sauce, chicken lettuce wraps (an Asian dining mainstay that are served here with spiced chicken, water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and toasted peanuts) and beef and broccoli, featuring tender beef, Chinese broccoli, ginger, garlic and oyster sauce.

All orders include miso soup, edamame and pickled Asian cucumber salad. Desserts are an additional $3.95 per order.

Jayde Fuzion is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
