The next Project Dinner Table event is set for 6 p.m. Saturday at the Las Vegas Design Center at the World Market Center’s 16th-floor rooftop terrace, 495 S. Grand Central Parkway. Chef Roy Ellamar of Sensi at Bellagio will prepare the six-course meal.
