Driver critical after rollover on ramp from I-15 to westbound 215

One person was hospitalized with critical injuries after a rollover crash Sunday morning on the ramp from northbound Interstate 15 to the westbound 215 Beltway, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

NHP troopers were called at 6:52 a.m. to the on-ramp from northbound I-15 Beltway to westbound 215, where traffic cameras showed a white car on its roof.

A female, whose age was not immediately available, was thrown from the white Ford 500 as it rolled off the roadway. She was taken to University Medical Center with critical injuries, said NHP Trooper Jason Buratczuk.

The crash caused closure of a ramp from eastbound 215 to northbound I-15 for about three hours, and another freeway ramp for about an hour and a half.
