Fire at Carl’s Jr. causes $100,000 in damage

A roof fire at a Carl’s Jr. fast-food restaurant early Tuesday morning has caused at least an estimated $100,000 in damage, according to the Clark County Fire Department.

At 4:45 a.m., the Carl’s Jr. at 3189 N. Rainbow Blvd. near Cheyenne Avenue caught fire in the attic. The blaze spread to the air conditioning unit on the roof, fire officials said.
