Penten was last seen about 5:30 p.m. Thursday leaving her Sun City Anthem home to pick up a pizza. She has been diagnosed with early-onset dementia and has not taken her medication, the release said.

She was last seen driving a silver 2012 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with Nevada license plate 431-RYX, according to police.

Officers have been unable to locate her or reach her on her cellphone.
