Hot tub flies high above the Strip

It’s a bird … it’s a plane … it’s a hot tub flying over the Strip.

A five-person hot tub was lifted by helicopter to the top of Nobu Hotel Caesars Place Monday, where it was placed as the final piece in the hotel’s soon-to-be-opened Nobu Villa.

The helicopter lift was the final leg of the Japanese-inspired, Italian-built hot tub’s journey that previously took it over land and sea.

The placement of the hot tub marks the completion of actor Robert De Niro and chef Nobu Matisuhisa’s first Nobu Hotel.
