Man killed in Beltway crash on Thursday identified
The 43-year-old man who died after crashing his pickup truck into an oncoming dump truck Thursday morning has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
Devin Joe Andreas died at the scene of the crash on the 215 Beltway, between the Ann and Hualapai exits, about 9:10 a.m., staff said Friday.
He "allowed his vehicle to cross over the center yellow lines," a Nevada Highway Patrol spokesman said Thursday.
Both directions of the Beltway were closed in the area for six hours while crews cleaned up debris and investigated.
The coroner's office will determine Andreas' cause and manner of death.
