Man with Alzheimer’s who went missing near Chinatown found at hospital

A man who went missing Friday afternoon was located early Saturday at an area hospital.

William Char, 84, went missing in the area of Arville Street and Twain Avenue, south of Spring Mountain Road and the Chinatown area. Police said he was endangered because he suffers from early stages of Alzheimer's.

But on Saturday morning, police announced he had been located.

"Thanks for everyone's help in this matter," the announcement said.
