Metro names suspect in stabbing death
Las Vegas police have identified a suspect in the stabbing death in a central valley condominium Tuesday night, the department said Friday.
Officers responded about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday to the condo complex in the 5900 block of Bromley Avenue, near U.S. Highway 95 and North Jones Boulevard, where they found a man suffering from apparent stab wounds.
Homicide detectives determined that the man was stabbed multiple times during a fight with a second man who “fled the scene” afterward, police said.
The man who was stabbed died at the scene. His age wasn’t immediately available.
Police are looking for 44-year-old Michael Deshon Jackson in connection with the stabbing. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds, Metro said Friday.
Jackson was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
The man who was killed had not been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office as of Friday afternoon.
