Metro seeks man in southeast valley robbery

Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man they say robbed a southeast valley business on Monday night.

Police were called about 10:30 p.m. to a robbery at a business at 8140 S. Eastern Ave. A man walked up to a clerk, demanded and took cash from a register, according to a Friday news release from Metro.

The robbery was caught on video.

The man is described as being in his early 20s, standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds, police said. He wore a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
