Mobile home fire displaces four adults, one child

A fire displaced four adults and one child after blazing through the back of their East Sahara Avenue mobile home Thursday afternoon, officials said.

Clark County Fire Department crews responded at 4:10 p.m. to the fire at 3139 E. Sahara Ave., located within the Sierra Mobile Home Park.

All five people were evacuated without injury, a city Fire Department release said. The extent of the damages was not immediately available, but the back of the property sustained the most damage, according to Department Chief Larry Haydu.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
