North Las Vegas police looking for missing second woman

North Las Vegas police are asking for the public's help in locating a 29-year-old woman who went missing after leaving her home on Dec. 6.
Elliseth Villalobos, whom her family reports has suffered a traumatic brain injury and has the mentality of a child, may not know her name or where she lives, according to a police release.
Villalobos is described as a Hispanic female adult, 5-foot-4, weighs about 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, police said. She has a 2-inch scar under her chin and a tracheotomy scar on her throat.
Police said she might be in possession of a red 1995 Toyota Tacoma, Nevada licence plate 868APY.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the North Las Vegas Police Department, 702-633-9111.
Also, Las Vegas police on Tuesday morning asked the public to help find a 55-year-old woman who went missing Monday morning at Bally's.
