Henderson man’s death prompts family to sue Actos drug manufacturer

Relatives of a Henderson man have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Japanese company that makes the diabetes drug Actos. The case, filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas, claims Actos caused the bladder cancer that led to Moshe Bitton’s death on Oct. 23, 2013.
