Pedestrian injured after being struck by mirror on shuttle bus

A shuttle bus struck a pedestrian near the Las Vegas Strip early Friday morning, Las Vegas police said.
First responders were called just before 4 a.m. to the Tropicana, 3801 S. Las Vegas Boulevard. Police said a pedestrian was hit by the shuttle-bus mirror.
The person was taken to University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
An eastbound Tropicana Avenue lane was closed while the accident was cleared, but has reopened.
