Children from the Henderson and Las Vegas Boys & Girls Clubs participated in the second annual Paper Plane Palooza at McCarran International Airport on Tuesday.
The event started to honor the one year anniversary of the opening of Terminal 3, and now annually brings the airport community and community at-large together for a day of fun and mentorship at the end of summer.
In addition to the paper airplane competition, participants enjoyed refreshments, took part in group photos, and received a backpack full of of goodies just in time for the new school year.
