Vegas couple missing under ‘suspicious circumstances’

Las Vegas police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man and woman who went missing Wednesday morning under “suspicious circumstances.”

Police are looking for Susana Villalvazo, 47, and Samuel Teran, 75, who were last seen Wednesday morning at a home in the 3400 block of El Conlon Avenue, near West Sahara Avenue and South Valley View Boulevard, Metro said in a Thursday afternoon press release.

Due to the “suspicious nature” of their disappearance, Metro’s homicide investigation team has taken the lead role in the investigation.

Police wouldn’t say what was suspicious about their disappearance.

Villalvazo is described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She is missing a breast and has a pink ribbon tattoo on her left wrist, police said.

Police described Teran as about 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Villalvazo and Teran might be traveling together in a white 1999 Isuzu Rodeo with a Nevada Handicap license plate, reading PHB9836.

Anyone with information about the missing pair should call Metro’s homicide division at 702-828-3521 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or visit crimestoppersofnv.com.
