Woman dies after husband hits her with car, Las Vegas police say
A woman is dead after being hit by a car driven by her husband Friday morning in the northeast valley, Las Vegas police said.
The woman’s husband was driving his car about 10 a.m. Friday on Sunrise View Drive near East Owens Avenue and North Sloan Lane when he hit his wife and she died, Metropolitan Police Department officer Larry Hadfield said.
The man and woman were older than 60, Hadfield said.
Impairment is not suspected and the case is under investigation, he said. Officers are still on the scene.
