Woman’s body found in Henderson
Henderson police are investigating the death of a 46-year-old woman whose body was found Sunday afternoon behind a store.
A call came in at 4:45 p.m. to the Henderson Fire Department reporting that a woman was having a medical episode at a shopping center off Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road, Henderson Police spokeswoman Michelle French said Sunday night. The woman subsequently died, French said. Her body was found behind one of the stores in the center.
“It’s still very early in the investigation. We’re still trying to determine what happened,” she said.
The Clark County coroner’s office will release the woman’s name after family members have been contacted.
