Police ID suspect in fatal Primm McDonald’s stabbing

Las Vegas police have identified the man arrested in connection with a deadly stabbing in Primm over the weekend.

Justin Weiss, 33, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol after a traffic stop about 60 miles south of Primm.

Weiss, who has addresses on record in California and Texas, is being held without bail at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. He is scheduled to appear in San Bernardino Superior Court on Wednesday. He may be extradited back to Clark County to face murder charges.

Las Vegas police said Sunday that two traveling associates stopped at McDonald’s for breakfast when an argument broke out. First responders found a man suffering from a stab wound to the neck inside the fast-food restaurant at 100 Primm Blvd. about 9:15 a.m.
