Woman killed in U.S. 95 accident ID’d

The woman killed in a rollover crash Friday afternoon near U.S. Highway 95 in Nye County has been identified by the Nevada Highway Patrol.

Patricia Mcloone, 37, of Pahrump, was traveling north on the highway coming from Pahrump about 1:30 p.m. when she lost control of the car after her right rear tire failed, the Highway Patrol said.

The car rotated clockwise and overturned, throwing Mcloone, who was not wearing a seat belt, out of the vehicle. She died on scene.
