Kevin oversees the Review-Journal’s photo and video coverage. He started at the RJ as a photographer in 1999, becoming a photo editor in 2009 and DOP in 2015. From South San Francisco, he earned an AA in photography from College of San Mateo, and bachelor’s degrees in journalism and applied art and design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
