Returning lettermen (starters): Five (two)
Top players: G Jayveon Brown (Sr.), F D’Quan Crockett (Jr.), G Darrion Daniels (Jr.)
Outlook: The Sundevils bring back five lettermen from a team that placed second in the Southeast League.
Brown averaged 16 points per game last year and is joined on the returnees list by Daniels (11.0 ppg) and Crockett (9.0 ppg).
“This year’s team is going to have to play really well together to make the playoffs,” Olsen said. “We have some good players returning, and they will need to lead the younger players for us to have success.
“With some early-season injuries, it will provide opportunities for players to get some quality minutes that hopefully will pay off in league play.”
