ROUNDUP: Lauguico’s lone basket pushes Liberty’s boys past Silverado

Thomas Lauguico’s only basket was the winning layup with one second left to lead Liberty’s boys basketball team to a 61-59 home victory over Silverado on Thursday.
Aaron Navitsky led the Patriots with 25 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter. Tim Rambo added 17 points for Liberty.
Ruben Jackson led Silverado with 34 points.

Spring Valley 77, Clark 67 —
At Clark, the Grizzlies closed the third quarter on a 14-0 run on the way to a win over the Chargers.
Clark led 51-39 midway through the third quarter before the Spring Valley run.
Corey Clement led the Grizzlies with 27 points. Vince Johnson added 15 points and Anton Stallworth had 13 for Spring Valley.
Alejandro Rangel paced Clark with 17 points. Bryan McGriff added 14 points, and Cheez Garry scored 10 for the Chargers, who lost leading scorer Steven Dancy to an ankle injury at the beginning of the second quarter.
Durango 74, Sierra Vista 66 — At Durango, freshman Tre’Von Wells scored 20 points to help lead the Trailblazers past the Mountain Lions.
Shawn Jones had 15 points and Stefan Colovic added 14 for Durango.
Sierra Vista’s Viko Noma’aea had 21 points, and teammate Justice Odabi contributed 17 points. Corey Noma’aea scored 11 points for the Mountain Lions.
Foothill 62, Basic 53 — At Foothill, Evan Roquemore had 20 points, and was 4-for-4 from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter, to help the Falcons beat the Wolves.
Zac Ginter added 13 points, including eight in the fourth quarter, for Foothill, which led 36-34 after three quarters of play.
Augy French added eight points, nine rebounds and six blocked shots for the Falcons.
Tyler Dobbins paced Basic with 13 points.
Green Valley 84, Del Sol 69 — At Del Sol, Durrell McDonald scored 16 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Gators past the Dragons.
Glenn Bewley scored 16 points for Green Valley. Austin Tebbs added 13 and Brandon Heroy had 10 for the Gators.
Jeff Coon led Del Sol with 28 points. James Johnson scored 16 points and David Day added 13 for the Dragons.
Bonanza 55, Pahrump Valley 44 — At Bonanza, Tommy Gentile scored 15 points to lead the Bengals past the Trojans.
Dasean Martin added 12 points for Bonanza.
Dajhan Celius led Pahrump with 16 points. Alex Anderson added 10 points for the Trojans.
Coronado 87, Tech 53 — At Tech, Adam Schmitt scored 11 of his 13 points in the first quarter, helping Coronado take an early 27-10 lead and cruise past the Roadrunners.
Austin Nelson led Coronado with 15 points. Brandon Glanz, Devan Kohn and Gaven Holcomb each added 10 points for the Cougars.
Michael Johnson paced Tech with 18 points, and teammate Ben Seibert added 11.
Trinity 70, Calvary Chapel 54 — At Calvary Chapel, Budweiser Hawkins scored 23 points to help the Thunder roll past the Lions.
Gage Neuwohner had 19 points, and Tyler Watts added 12 for Trinity.
Justin Cox led Calvary Chapel with 17 points. Joey Peterson scored 13 points for the Lions.
