Outlook: Resch takes over a program that is in need of a spark, but should get a boost from three returning starters.

“We look to rebound from a disappointing 2013-14 season and regain a berth in the regionals,” Resch said. “The Spartans have taken on a ‘junkyard dog’ mentality when it comes to the way they approach the game.

“The program has been hard at work since April and now preaches fundamentals, effort and uptempo intensity,” Resch said. “The future looks bright as the Spartans have eight underclassmen who will see significant minutes.”
