Outlook: Thompson takes over a team with only one returning starter and plenty of new faces.
"We're looking forward to getting the season started," Thompson said. "We have six seniors with little experience and three sophomores and a freshman who will be seeing a lot of action.
"We will be inexperienced, but should be competitive."
